Good Morning Mr. Bassels,

 

   Having our home buying closed, I would like to use the occasion to say thank you and to express my greatest appreciation to Ethel for all the help we have got and for all the hard work.

   It is hard to find the right words to describe Ethel's dedication, warm hearted attitude and how much we appreciate her exceptional efforts for helping us through such a hard period. She didn't just go the extra mile for us but she gave up her weekend and did an entire Marathon, literally. She didn't just show us places, but she made sure we could find a HOME that best fits our needs and budget. She didn't just present our offer but she negotiated an amazing deal we couldn't even imagine or even hope for. She didn't just walk us around the houses but "held our hands" and guided us with expert advice so that we could avoid the traps we would have easily walked into otherwise, and she addressed even our most hidden fears and concerns. Even though this was the very first time we met her, she treated us like family. She even attended the home inspection in our absence. And she did all this on a very short notice and on an extremely tight schedule. We feel honoured and very lucky having worked with her! We will definitely spread the word about the great service and help we have got from Ethel!
